"Photos are, like, close"
So, yeah, it looks kind of close to the photos, but like, there are a few little differences in person. Not a huge deal or anything, just, you know, slightly different than I expected.

"Tracking was actually super helpful"
I ordered from Cider and the tracking was spot on the whole way. It updated whenever the package moved, and the delivery date ended up being right too, which definitely kept me from checking it nonstop lol. My order showed up when it said it would, and I liked being able to see where it was without just guessing. No problems on my end.

"Easy Exchange and Good Support"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, which happens, but the exchange process was straightforward. It took a few days, but that seems reasonable, and support was clear and polite when they replied. I got the new item without any issues, and I’m happy with how it all worked out.

Picked up a top and honestly... the fabric is really soft. Like, not scratchy at all, which I was kind of expecting for the price. But it’s actually super comfortable, definitely a nice surprise

"Refund showed up faster than I thought :)"
I had to send one item back because the sizing wasn’t quite right, and I was expecting the refund to take ages. But once I returned it, the money came through quickly! I also got an email update, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was going on. Super easy process, and I didn’t have to chase customer service, which was a big plus :)

"Not the best first impression"
My first impression wasn’t great. Some of them fit fine, but others didn’t fit right at all, which was disappointing. I was expecting a more consistent fit, so it felt like a bit of a gamble

The site kind of works when it wants to. Some pages took forever to load, which got annoying fast. Checkout was fine once I got there, but the whole experience felt slower than it should’ve been.

From my experience shopping, the fabric information really matters because it helps me know how something will feel and hold up before I buy it. I just wish the fabrics were shown or described more clearly. It would make choosing the right item a lot easier

"Actually Fit Better Than I Expected"
I ordered two tops and a pair of pants from Cider, and weirdly enough, the sizing was actually accurate. I used the size chart and just went with my usual size, and everything fit the way I hoped it would. I was a little nervous because online clothes can be such a gamble, especially from brands where you’re never totally sure what you’re getting, but this was surprisingly easy. No random too-tight or awkwardly loose situation, so I’ll give them credit for managing to get the basics right

I saw a few really cute pieces, but overall most of the styles felt a bit too trendy for my taste. I try to buy things I’ll actually wear for a long time instead of just chasing whatever is popular for the moment, so it didn’t totally feel like the right fit for me.

I was a little nervous the color might look different once it showed up, but it matched the photos really well. I ordered the green top and it was exactly what I had in mind. The shade is even nicer in person, and overall I’m happy with it.

"Arrived at a bad time and packaging felt careless"
My order technically showed up when it was supposed to, but the timing was inconvenient, which was annoying. On top of that, the packaging felt kind of cheap. The bag was a little wrinkled and one of the items wasn’t folded nicely. Nothing was actually damaged, so it’s not a huge deal, but I expected it to look like a bit more care went into it.

I was surprised the sizes were actually available this time. It was nice to finally find what I needed without having to settle. After dealing with low stock so many times before, I kind of feel like I’m owed an apology, but at least this experience went smoothly

I used the app to order a dress and at first I was just browsing casually, then I got kind of excited because it was so easy to find what I wanted. Checkout was quick too, which was a relief because I hate when apps make that part stressful. The shipping updates came through without any issues, so I felt reassured the whole time. Customer service did end up helping me with my order issue, and I do appreciate that. But the whole thing felt a little more annoying than it needed to be. It took longer than I expected to hear back, and having to explain the same thing twice just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Nothing awful happened, but it definitely could’ve been smoother. Overall, it was okay.

I’ve ordered from Cider a couple of times now, the delivery has been mostly on time, which feels like a small miracle these days. My last package showed up one day later than the original estimate, but I was getting tracking updates, so at least I wasn’t left dramatically staring out the window for nothing. Everything was packed fine, nothing was missing, and overall it was smooth. Not flawless, but reliable enough that I’d order again

"Helpful in the End, Just a Bit Slow"
I had a little issue with my Cider order, so I reached out to their customer service thinking I’d hear back quickly. It ended up taking longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating because I kept checking for a reply. When they finally got back to me, the answer was actually helpful and sorted out what I needed. So overall, I’d say the service was okay — just not the fastest. If you’re not in a rush, it’s fine, but quicker replies would definitely make the experience better.

"Cute clothes, but quality was disappointing"
I really liked how the clothes looked when they arrived, so I was optimistic at first. But after just two washes, one of the tops got all stretched out, and the seams on the pants started coming loose. It’s not the worst purchase ever, but they definitely don’t feel very durable. I also found the communication a bit unclear, which made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.
